Maison

Welcome to my home. We have never smoked or allowed smokers here. We have a privacy fenced in yard on a private lake. We have a dog who will not be here and his kennel is avail. if needed.
We have 3 bedrooms. The master has a King size bed two children's rooms containing a queen and a twin in the smaller room. We have high speed internet and cable in all rooms as well as two computers and dvd players etc for entertainment.(plasma screen in master :~ )
Two standard bathrooms nothing fancy but very nice shower heads for a relaxing steam after the lake or beach. The house is Tile throughout and the yard is nicely planted with grass and trees to sit under and enjoy the balmy florida air.
Our home is modest but comfortable with all modern amenities inc. central A/C - heat, full size washer/dryer , dishwasher, garbage disposal, new appliances, nice size kitchen and seperate dinning. The sofa is a sleeper queen size if needed.
Everything is well maintained and we are neat tidy people so you will feel at home and welcomed here.

Quartier

We live in a quiet, working class suburb that circles a private lake. We are 5 min. from famous Hollywood Beach easy public transport access. We are centrally located to ALL MAJOR ATTRACTIONS and only 4-5 hour drive to Orlando's Magic Kingdom (my car is avail.)
All the families in this tight-knit community are young and while we dont live in the manicured gated communities you will feel safe and relaxed here.
We are also, centrally located for all major roadway exchanges along with their huge malls and outlet shops and walking distance to the IGF Fishing Hall of Fame, Bass Pro Shop, Divers Outlet World .
Five min. away, is our huge TY park filled with a water park and hundred year old oak trees. World famous South Beach is only 20 min. away.
To sum it all up, our home is comfortable not ostentatious and the surroundings are modest but, hopefully you'll be out exploring my tourist attraction haven and not spending all of your time indoors ! Lots of love.

I am the female half of the equation and my name is Eve. We have two boys ages 16 and 6 with one family dog. My home and neighborhood is multi-cultural in which you will find English, Hebrew, and French.
We own a moving company and I do the marketing and PR (lol. bet you could'nt tell ) while my husband does the manual things. I am very artistic and creative which is another reason I love living here. We are 10 min. from Fort Lauderdales cultural arts centers.
Bellydancing is a passion of mine and I look forward to adding Hula to my repertoire. My husband is from Israel and love surfing. My children, well..anything young boys like to get into :) We love movies, and reading so you will find a lot of both here.

Destination
