Comfy 50m2 (ca 500 sq ft) apartment with all mod cons:
1 bedroom (double bed), living room (with bed-sofa), 1 bathroom (with electric shower), separate kitchen (electric cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer), central heating. No TV... but wireless broadband internet is available and there is also a stereo in the living room.

Decorated with wooden floors, comfortable furniture, original art and potted plants, the apartment is perfect for a relaxed holiday.

Quartier

Centrally located in a quiet and atmospheric part of South Dublin (on Grand Canal and close to Merrion Square), within walking distance of all attractions (museums, shops, restaurants, theatres, pubs...), handy for bus (within 200 meters of several bus routes) and commuter train routes too (the DART, for access to Wicklow Mountains, coast and national rail network). There are also three DublinBike stations nearby (bike renting scheme similar to Paris'Vélib: http://www.dublinbikes.ie/) and a car rental company (Sixt-Murrays: https://www.sixt.ie) around the corner.
There is a small supermarket, a 24/7 convenience shop and a couple of delis, as well as several coffee-shops, take-aways, restaurants and pubs within 200 meters on Baggot St. Google custom map available.
