We have three bedrooms up stairs each with own bathroom and one downstairs bedroom, open plan four years old air conditioning fireplace in living room large screen HD TV internet , computers.
Gourmet kitchen, beautiful backyard with bar, barbeque, and firepit.
Very private on quiet Cul De Sac.

Our home is located in a friendly neighbourhood, surrounded by hills with lots of hiking trails, close to beaches and unique beach towns, perfect for Surfing, swimming, biking and all kinds of activities.
We are in California, San Diego county, a short distance from the city of San Diego known as North County Coastal, one hours drive from Disneyland, Hollywood etc, even closer to Mexico.
Tons of family friendly restaurants, shops, etc.

My name is Judith, my husband Larry is a broker for a packaging company in China. We have 3 adult children one at University in San Francisco, our daughter works at a spa in La Jolla a town nearby and our youngest is still in High school.
I am originally from England but have lived here for 20 years 2 of our children were born in England.
We love to go to the beach and to our local restaurants, our children love Sushi although I must admit I am not fond of it myself.
We do enjoy going to our local Indian restaurant, there is only one nearby. We love to walk on the many trails in our neighbourhood and often see deer and the occasional coyote, which do not bother you unless you are a small animal. We have lots of Hummingbirds in the summer. Larry loves to surf a hobby from his youth which he just took up again. We also like to go to Mexico for the weekend, even though we are very close it is amazing how different the way of life is south of the border.

Destination

We are visiting family in August as we have a family wedding to attend, we need to specifically be in west Yorkshire or near, the last 2 weeks in August, prior to that we are open to offers anywhere in Europe.There will be 6 people altogether in our party, and would love a car to be available although this is not a must.
We will be leaving a Toyota 4-runner for our exchange party
