This is a 2 story HUGE NEWER 5 bedroom home with a home theater room, seperate office,community tennis courts and swimming pool. Lots of great japanese detail inside the home and many modern touches. Also a 54 inch TV!!! The home is located 30 minutes to the Virginia beach oceanfront, 20 minutes to Williamsburg and 3 hours to Washington DC........very central to everywhere. Bus top is 1 mile away by walking and shops and all is about 2 miles away....You can see the ocean from a few blocks away and enjoy the beach only 20-30 minutes away!!! Great house and Great location!!!! We are a family with two children ages 10 and 12...this home is perfect for families or even a couple or some singles!!!!

The area is so quiet and beautiful, all homes in a nice upper class area....short walk to shops, movies and ocean views...ALL the tourist sites are within an hour away.....

My husband and I love to travel and love to take our children around the world to see many things. We have been to many of the US states, Antigua, St. Thomas, China, Thailand, Japan, and soon Australia. We have many more places we want to go soon!!! We speak some japanese and spanish and fluent in English. We are very friendly and outgoing!!!! Will rent the home as well!!!
