Maison

Spanish style home with huge lushly landscaped backyard with pond, green house. Three bedrooms and one office, garage, three bathrooms, large living room, and parlor, covered back patio. Close to LA and OC. One hour from the beach. We have three cats and are a family of three ourselves. Available during school vacations. Computer access, TV, Car, airconditioning and heating.

Quartier

We are located in the city of Norco, an equestrian city. All neighbors own horses. The city has a very rural feel to it but is close to large metropoliton areas. Although rural, the city is very modern die to its recent population growth. Neighbors are friendly and friends with us. The neighborhood is quiet but just a few blocks from the freeway and major shopping centers.

We are a family of three. My husband is self employed. I am a Special Education teacher and we have a five year old little boy. I have travelled extensively and have lived in many places. I speak English, French, Spanish and Italian. We enjoy gardening and going to the beach. Our neighbors include a retired school psychologist, a police officer and other business owners. Our city is known as the horse capital of the U.S.A. Our house hase modern amenities and beautiful landscaping. 1800 square feet, not including the garage and the office. The house also has a full functioning sauna.

Destination

We are also availale for exchanges during the christmas and spring holidays for 2008. (end of march and beginning of April and last two weeks of December).
