Paradise Ala Kai home is located in Keaau, Hawaii. This is the big island of Hawaii. The only island that is still growing. Visit the volcano to view the active lava flow.
Three bedroom two bath home decorated in the island style. Lie in the master bed and enjoy the ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen if you enjoy cooking with local delicasies purchased at the local farmer market or fish caught steps from your front door.
Large yard with coconut trees, plumerias, white and yellow ginger and vanda orchids grow wild in the surronding fields. Great ocean front walking or biking paths.

One level home with 3 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twins. 2 full baths, Living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer in hall. Large front lanai where we spend most of our time.

Quartier

The Big Island of Hawaii fulfills ones every wish for the perfect relaxing vacation. This is the east side of the island which is very non touristy. There our quaint little towns, local restaurants, unique shopping and hidden beaches where you will see the endeangered Honu, sea turtle, swimming. Whales migrate from October to March. The Town of Hilo is just 18 miles away and can give you that extra touristy fix if necessary or head for Kona where there is more tourist action than you will ever need.

Hiking, biking, walking, fishing, exploring, museums, historical sites, hidden beaches, black sand beaches, snorkeling, surfing, volcanos, water falls, tropical flowers & birds, endangered Nene geese visit the front yard.

We are semi retired meaning JR is retired, ML can't quite get there but owns a business that doesn't really need her full time supervision. We love to travel anywhere/everywhere.
We (meaning JR and/or ML) love to fish, golf, read, cook, eat, drink wine, meet new people, our children, grand and greats are very close to us and love watching them grow and mature.

This is our vacation home and can be available anytime a non-simultaneous exchange.
Non smokers.

Destination

Florida Gulf Coast, Arizona, New Mexico, Padre Island Tx, Oregon Coast, Wahington or Vancouver Island BC are North American Preferences. Anything close to water.
Non-simultaneous exchange and dates are flexible.
