Our house is located in a hillside position with views of the typical Chianti hills, rich in vineyards and with view on lovely charming old villages; from there you like a wonderful landscape and it's in very good position to reach every touristic place in Chianti and Chianti Classico. It's placed 20 km from Florence and Siena.
From there you can easily visit many place of interest: too may medieval villages are closed to Barberino Val d'Elsa: Barberino Val d'Elsa it's 3 km from us, S.Gimignano it's 18 km far, Monteriggioni, S. Donato, Castellina, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Volterrra are easy to reach in less then an hour. Pisa it's 80 km.
Completely and carefully renowed in 2003, maintaining the peculiar characteristic of Tuscany colonica house and furnishing, very very carefully, with old family furniture.
The house is composed by 2 apartments: LA TINAIA 160 m2 and GLI STALLETTI 80 m2.
The apartments are very quiet because it's in the middle of the country, along a small road, closed at the end in the typical tuscany landscape.
You'll be really fascinating about our region, and our house.
You could visit the area during the day and on the afternoon you can relax yourself refreshing in the panoramic swimming pool or tasting our good wines in front of the fireplace during the winter time.

We don't live over there, so that you could come when you prefer all year around. We should be very happy to meet you!!!

Quartier

Our area is a very touristic place: expecially during summer time all villages are full of all foreign people..... Florence is always the most attractive place, but don't forgot the small medieval villages with a lot of attractive: concerts, shows .....
Anyway you are in the country and you can always hear at the birds singing... you could decide to remain at home and relax yourself just walking in the country between the vineyards or swimming in the pool.

I'm Silvia, 40 year old: I work in a bank. My husband Moreno is a wine producer and selling.
Our son Martino is just studying!
We love travelling and last summer we had our first home exchange experience...... we enjoy it very much so that tempt us with your offer!

Unfortunately we don't live over there and we usually rent it, but this house is better than our living one, because it should be our main house! We bought it 12 years ago: it was our dreams ... we take too much time to have the permit to renowated it so that we change the managing of our family and we decide to live in a flat not far from Florence, were we work and not far from our parents that help us with the child!
