a new , spacious 4000 sq. ft.custom family home, with 3 bdrms, 3.5 bathrms. large gourmet kithen,featuring a 48" commercial range w/indoor grilling capability, 7' black granite center island. - large private master suite w/fireplace, a 6x8 walk-in shower + large deep soaking tub. two other bdrms, each with own baths . large dining area w/ fireplace - opens to the rear deck- which sits the 500 gallon jacuzzi whirlpool tub overlooking snow covered pines and birches --again,-very private. livingroom has a fireplace and 55" flat screen tv,surround sound,etc. a 12x14 office/study/library. lg. 2nd fl. laundry room, finally a heated three car garage, -the entire house has "radiant floor" heating. very comfy.

private, 12 lot subdivision in a semi-rural ,residential part of town, called the mount washinton valley ,in the heart of the white mountains . approx. six miles to the heart of downtown conway,which has all amenities- this is a resort/vacation area -a four season paridise w/ lots of restaurants and pubs (mostly non-chain)lots of all kinds of retail shops, numerous "outlet stores" as well as smaller specialty shops. a classic new england small town with an operating antique R.R. and depot right in the center. skiing is the big thing here in winter w/ numerous ski resorts all around -kind of like aspen,co. spring and summer (yes ,we are abuzz with tour buses and winnebagoes) are about hiking, mountain climbing canoeing,kayaking and camping, and fall is actually the most popular time here , world renown for the foliage colors -draws visitors from around the world, truly breathtaking ! the people here are genuine and friendly -all glad to be here ! we have never locked our doors not even once ! above all, the views , everywhere you look, beautiful mountain views ! every window affords a view of the surrounding natural beauty.

its just myself and my wife, we are semi-retired,(ret.police officer 50, reg.nurse 47) and our last of three children is away at college now, and this is our dream house we built in 2002, we love to travel and are always looking for a new and exciting destinations. we are responsible, health concious types and do not smoke cigaretts

we are open to most dates . right now we are looking for a nice warm beach someplace , fla. cal. whatever! does not have to be simultaneous--- very flexible.
