My sunny, renovated apartment is on the second floor of a traditional New York five-story apartment building. It features a large screen TV with cable, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, shower bathroom, plenty of closet & shelf space, antique stained glass windows and a cozy rocking chair. It is artistically decorated and comfortable for one person or a couple.

My studio apartment is superbly located in the heart of New York's trendy East Village within walking distance from historic Greenwich Village and the art galleries of SoHo. The East Village is a fascinating mix of stylish boutiques, chic restaurants and cutting edge artists. It features innovative theater companies, cinemas, unique art installations and nightlife offering everything from live music to poetry readings to dancing until dawn. Professionals, artists, students and a thriving expatriate community from all over the world make their home in the East Village. This eclectic combination makes a neighborhood with an exciting and vibrant street life – both day and night. Public transportation connects easily to all other parts of New York City. It is also an extremely safe neighborhood.
