Completely renovated and newly landscaped bi-level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Mountain views include Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. Our beautiful home includes hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and slate/tile bathrooms. Park City Main Street is less than 10 minutes away, home of the Sundance Film Festival, many fabulous restaurants, and shopping. So much to do! There's skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter....and golf, hiking, mountain biking, horse back riding, and outdoor concerts in the summer!

Our neighborhood is located adjacent to the 2002 Winter Olympic Park. Park City is gorgeous and full of friendly people! Our home is 1 Mile from the base of The Canyons Ski Resort and has access to hiking trails, tennis courts, swimming pool, workout room, and club house.

We are a professional couple in the private aviation sector. We have no children or pets. We are very active and enjoy all the activities the city has to offer. My boyfriend also speaks German and conversational Japanese. We love to travel and would love to get a good taste of the city since our jobs allow us to live anywhere.

Destination

We are looking for a Manhattan apartment. Our preference is to exchange long term (3 to 12 months) but would consider as little as 1 month. Anyone want to come play in the mountains??!!
