Maison

This is our wonderful summer vacations apartment in front of "Palamos beach". It has 1bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a dining-livingroom (2n bedroom) with a huge terrasse looking to the sea where you can have breakfast,lunch or dinner as you prefer.
Blue sea, white colors and charming furniture, it also has a car parking place behind the building. Full equiped; cooking, oven, TV, loungers, umbrellas...You won't need anything else!

Quartier

It's a quiet place at night but during the day it becomes a little more lively; the terrasse is in front of the beach promenade where people go for a walk, cycle, roller-skating or just sit on a bench reading the daily newspaper although the best option is to sunbathe.
In just 5minuts you'll find the restaurants area, shopping streets, cafes and bar terrasses.
If you want to visit other places you can go to the main cities; Barcelona(1h), Girona (30min), or cultural places as Dalí Museum (in Figueres, 40min), little old towns as Cadaqués, Calella de Palafrugell...They all are lovely and mediterranean corners to discover!

We are a spanish couple about 25.
My boyfriend is licensed in Business Managing and has a Barcelona University's Master in Real Estate Negotiations (He had been working in "CB Richard Ellis" for two years). Now he's working as a sales manager and as a assistant director in a soybean, oat, rice juices producer company.
I'm licensed in Architecture and I'm working in an architecture firm from Barcelona.
We are very interested in visiting USA, in special New York City (Manhattan) because we're going to take some english lessons to refine our english level!
We can speak english, french, spanish and catalan.

Destination

We are open to other destinations but first of all we are looking for Manhattan(New York) the full month of August because of our English Course dates.
We prefer to swap non simultaneous; you can come in march, april, may, june, september, october, november ...better than in december, january and february when it's too cold.
