Maison

Fabulous detached one level home near to beach and 5 superb american style malls; we have 5 bedrooms but use one as an office and the other as a sauna room (far infra red for two).the main bedroom has ensuite with shower and a walk through wardrobe 16ft long. the second double bed also has ensuite with jackusi and the third bedroom uses the family bathroom.We have a one year old toyota hatch auto for exchange and the garage is built in with access to house and remote opening.The lounge is large with leather suite fosit stone furniture and a 42in plasma t.v.The kitchen is a designer one with Techina 90cm oven and hob and there is a panasonic fan assisted microwave; the family room has a 32in lcd t.v. and also a leather 3 piece suite.There is a private pool and in the office we have computor with broadband.
The heating(not used) or aircon(necessary) is ducted and all the floors excpt the kitchen is wood so cleaning is easy with the vacumaid at convienent points.
The neighborhood is classy but great neighbours.Surfers paradise is only 15 min away and the beach 10 min.this is one of the best holiday areas in the world and the beaches are miles long with lifeguards.The shopping is one of the cheapest in Australia and entertainment is everywhere with surf, bowls and night clubs.

Quartier

All the properties are all detached and our area (The Dales) has a lake with a path for walks also facilities 0f two barbies with plenty of wildlife to help you eat the food.
The two local shopping centres are only minutes away with lots of restraunts and the food is cheap.
One of the best places to eat is Jupiters casino only 10 min away where they have the best open buffet for only 22$ (apprrox 9 pounds) per person at lunch.

The wife and myself are retired but still keep active giving lectures and demostrations on tai-chi at probus,rotary and other numerous health organisations.( we do this to sell books and d.v.d's that we have written)
We require this exchange to see the family as one grandchild is expecting in april and we have some other matters to see to.
We are non smokers and would like a two on two exchange as there is a lot of glass tables that could be a danger with childeren.If you like the sound of our home we can send lots of photographs on the internet and litriture in the post on all the trips and attractions so we look forward to hearing from some of you in the near future.

Destination

We require to be within reasonable distance to Stockport as there are family functions taking place between 19th may and the 28 june. we also need an exchange for our car.
