Spacious top floor flat appartment in historical buidling (5th floor with lift). Quiet and bright, lounge overlooking lovely sunny terrace. Ideal to walk around town, within walking distance of the famous Duomo, La Scala...As the building is overlooking an internal courtyard (as many old buildings in Milan) there no neighbours on either side and above...I personally find it one the most attractive features with the brightness and the access to the terrace, being in the historical centre of Milan in such a quiet pace is just bliss!

Within the area you will have local shops for any traditional italian food shopping. The flat is ideal for a city stay, with no need for driving a car, access to all historical landmarks and access to the train station for day trips to many other locations. Within an hour drive to the beautiful Lake region should you like to rent a car and move around

I am 44, of french nationality but living in Milan for the past three years. I also lived 14 years in the Uk, and basically love living abroad and experiencing local customs and meeting people form different nationalities. I am single but would probably travel with a friend. I am HR Director for an Italian multinational, and tend to travel quite bit for work, so apart for looking to exchange my flat for holidays, I would also be interested in shorter stay or week end breaks I could combine with y work travelling schedule
