Detached family home in the suburbs of Gloucester city. Living room with satelite tv, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with kingsized bed and ensuite. 2nd bedroom has 2 childrens beds (suitable up to 7 years) and 3rd bedroom has a cot. Family bathroom. There is a bed setee in the dining room, which is not private, but suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
Gardens with extensive children's play equipment! Plus deck and table & chairs. Garage and driveway.

Quartier

Easy access to the town centre and leisure facilities (walkable) by bus or car. Within walking distance of shops, extensive shopping and restaurants within 2 miles. Gloucester has a beautiful Cathedral (Harry Potter's Hogwarts) and historic Docks and canal ways. We are only a few miles from The Regency town of Cheltenham Spa (Cheltenham Racecourse, Pump Rooms & some fabulous shops) the capital of the Cotswolds. The Forest of Dean is also only a few miles away with many walks and other country pursuits. Both Berkeley Castle and Soudley Castle are apprx. 15 miles away.
We have easy access to the M5 motorway and Bristol & Birmingham are a short drive. Oxford, Stratford upon Avon and Bath are also within day trip distance. Direct train and bus route to London.

À propos de nous

We are a family of 5. Terry works in advertising and I am a special needs teacher and we have 3 children aged 5,3 &1. We would like to take the opportunity to travel before the children are all at school and can be flexible with dates.

Destination

My husband's family hale from Wexford in Ireland, so we would be interested to travel to this area. We are also open to swaps within the uk even for just weekends. With planning we would consider further afield!
