Maison

We live in a gorgeous ocean view apt in Denia, Costa Blanca, 30 min by boat to Ibiza. Our apt is fully furnished, sleeps 6 easily, child friendly too. Internet and cable, all utilities that you need are here, washing machine, coffee machine, TV etc etc.
One bedroom has the ensuite bathroom, then their is another bathroom with shower and bath.
Gorgeous view of the beach, the harbor and a castle......
Also a great balcony where you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine.
The centre of town is a 5 min walk, lots of great, inexpensive restaurants, cafes, and shopping galore.

centre of town is a 5 min walk, lots of great cafes, restaurants, bars, and fabulous shopping. Denia attracts a lot of toursits in the summer with its great weather and gorgeous white sand beaches PLUS its very inexpensive.

We are a Spanish:British couple, photographer and architect.

Destination

ideally in the centre of NYC, or perhaps brooklyn too. Has to be central, ie we can walk into town.
dates are flexible as we are both working freelance.
