A lovely, comfortable Victorian Terrace house in Belfast. There are 2 good sized bedrooms - 1 double, the other double sized but sleeps a child - pullout campbed if required! A beautiful modern bathroom. Good sized Kitchen and dining area. Plenty of storage throughout the house. The property retains the original wooden floors in the 2 bedrooms and has on-street parking. The location provides a fantastic base to explore the Island of Ireland.

Quartier

We are situated close to the city centre in the West of the city. The location is fabulous for local amenities: shops, hospitals, churches, parks, schools, pubs and excellent transport system. 10 minute bus or 'black taxi' trip into city centre. The area is vibrant with music and culture and holds one of the biggest community festivals in Europe during August, with many tourists visiting during this time.
It is an excellent base for travel with some of the most scenic places in the world: The famous Antrim coastline, Giant's causeway, Mourne mountains etc located within an hour - hour 1/4 drive.

I am a professional (tutor) and have 1 young boy (11yrs). We wish to travel to Aix-en-Provence or Marseille France during the summer (July / August) as I am keen to take a year out next year. We are enrolling on a summer language school in the area and would love to house swap locally if we can! I am relaxed and keep a nice comfortable home. I really enjoy meeting new people. I have not tried home-swaps before - but am keen to give it a go! I would guarantee to take good care of your home.
So if there is anyone out there would like to visit our beautiful island Ireland both north and south this summer, please get in touch!

Destination

I can be flexible during this period - either the whole duration or at least a 3 week stay.
Would prefer Aix-en-Provence or Marseille in France at the moment
