Maison

Built in 1923, our house has kept it authenticity (nice woodwork and wood floors) throughout the renovations we made. All of the 4 bedrooms are on same level with a complete bathroom.
At the first floor, you find a large kitchen, two living rooms and a dining room.
In the basement, you can take advantage of a fully connected office, a family TV room as well as a full bathroom.

We also have a nice garden with a connection to the so called “charming lane” by our kids (you’ll see why).

We live in a very quiet street with large maple trees all over.

Quartier

Ahuntsic is a very quiet residential neighbourhood, at only 15 minutes from donwtown (the metro station is a 5 minutes by walk from our house) where you could find the famous :
Boulevard Gouin and the bike path, a beautiful bike path and park that goes along the riverside.
Parc de la Visitation, there is a small island park with an old mill near the riverside (the bike path goes through it).
Saut-au-Recollet, one of the oldest village on the island of Montreal with the oldest church still standing (near the Parc de la Visitation).
Fleury Street and its little boutiques and cafés.
We are only at 25 minutes from the airport (less ham 40 $ by cab)

À propos de nous

A French guy married ( Nicolas, 37 years), married to an Argentinean, (Carolina, 36 years), parents of two Canadian daughters Elsa (10 years) and Isabault (8 years) living for 15 years in Quebec.

We are both professionals with graduated studies working as an Agrifood market strategy advisor for a governmental agency and organisational development specialist for a bank.

We really enjoy travelling. We spent 6 months in a familly trip in South America, we know quite well Europe. We are just coming back from Georgia (Tbilissi) and we currently preparing a trip to Morocco (the fourth one in 10 years!).
We are fluent in French, Spanish and English. We can speak Russian and Portuguese too.
