Small but engaging 1910 home with all the newest amenities but also with great character; two porches overlooking coastal cove; new custom kitchen open to livingroom; three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. Completely renovated, with central air and gas fireplace, all wood , lots of windows and light, delightfully decorated.

Quartier

Walk/bike to everything: fine dining, fishing pier, lobster pound, gourmet grocery, lighthouse, boating, beach. Very sweet little hamlet called Cape Porpoise, which is technically part of Kennebunkport. Fenced in yard and lovely view of Paddy's Cove.

non simultaneous exchanges are great. I have two homes and if you want summer in maine that is understandable. i really am looking for a month rental in september or october in/on Nantucket island (USA)(MASS) to exchange for a month any time at my house on the coast of maine. Summer is lovely. Other choices: a lovely NYC apartment same time frame; a cottage in south of France or Italian Riviera or Tuscany, or the Caribbean in the winter--dates and places flexible
