Seeking boat for boat trade. 2006 Bayliner245 Cabin Cruiser. 24' 7". Galley has sink, stove, fridge, microwave and corian counter. Head has flushing toilet, sink, shower, opening window plus addl. window. Dinette seats six and converts to sleeping for two. Mid-berth cabin sleeps two and lounge on deck sleeps one more (total 4-5 adults). Has TV/DVD, CD, water heater with engine heat exchange, generator, water pumps, fish finder and more. Go to remote places and enjoy all the comforts of home.

Lake Powell is a large resevoir on the Colorado river with a 150 mile channel and approx. 2000 miles of shore line. On the Arizona-Utah border. Lake Powell is a large turquois body of water set in a mind-boggling landscape of red-rock formations, canyons, mesas, caves, arches and buttes. Achingly beautiful. Great summer fishing, too! Lake is mostly open water and remote canyons, plus a few beaches. There are a number of marinas along the river, all have store and fuel and most have slips, lodging and restaurants as well. Fabulous water sports, can rent jet-skis, etc. Boat comes with large tow-tube and wake board. Summer is peak season and busy, tho the lake is too big to actually be crowded. Sometime social scene on lone rock beach & others (maybe you'll find a waterslide constructed on the beach by people always willing to share the fun, or better yet, build your own w/portable on board h2o pump). Winter, the lake is starkly empty. boat has propane heater w/CO alarms in each sleep space.
