High country farming land abundent with wild kangaroos,wombats and colourful Australian birds. If you are into bush walking, fly fishing ,bike riding and one of the best Wine regions of Victoria, only 2 hours from Melbourne and 35 minutes to the Mt Buller snow fields in winter

The Apartment in Black Rock is a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach ,Restaurants, Cafes and 20 minutes to Melbourne central and Tennis Centre (home of the Australian Open).Train and buses near by .

Late 50’s couple soon to retire.
Ready to travel the world. At this stage we are trying to find out if there is any interest in swapping our country house or apartment close to Melbourne.

Destination

We will be very flexible with dates and it does not have to be simultaneous .we are open to all offers but prefer the country life or quite sea side.
France,Italy,Spain , Portugal and Finland would be a good start but not the French Riviera or any busy tourists destimation.
