An acre of impeccably landscaped beauty. 5 minute walk to the beach, our Mexican home is over 2400 sq ft with a huge sunroom. Fully furnished, equiped with all the modern amenities including cable TV, many movie channels & internet access (dial up service).

2 Large bedrooms both boast king beds and a third Queen size bed has a steel portable frame for extra guests or children. Transportation from the airport can be arranged and use of a 1997 Surburban can be discussed as well.

Nestled near the small community of Teacapan, it's a true hidden gem among 3 million palm / coco trees.

Just over 1 hour south of Mazatlan, Teacapan is an oasis for Canadians & Americans alike. A true fishing village, Teacapan has a population of about 2000 citizens. Surrounded in our subdivision is about 12 homes all with Canadians & Americans, some staying year round.

The peaceful beauty of the area is enough to take your breath away. If you enjoy being away from the hussle & tourist zones, 50 miles of virgin beach to explore, this is THE place to be. A protected Estuary that boasts flora & birds beyond your wildest imagination, just as Victor from Eco Tours to escort you through miles of mangroves as you spot a Blue Heron or Flamigos.

We are a professional family of 5. 3 children ages 9, 11 & 18. Very respectful, mindful & disciplined children as well! Carey stays at home after years of a successful career in government research. Lemont is in the oil engineering field and enjoys jogging as a passtime. Family friendly vacations coupled with new opportunities for learning is what excites us the most. We will consider almost anywhere in the world as our children know 4 languages including Ukrainian, French, English & Spanish. Having that helps in our ability to communicate with people of various origins.

Destination

As our Mexican home is a second home, the dates of exchange are very open & flexible. We also have a professional home in Sherwood Park, Alberta Canada and reside approximately 3 hour drive from the Rocky Mountains. The Worlds Largest Mall resides 25 minutes away. West Edmonton Mall.
