Maison

Our home is lovely. Close to 200 years old with walls up to 3 foot thick! It is thatched with reed and is 2,000 square feet. We put in a new eat in kitchen 3 years ago. There is also a seperate dining room with a long farmhouse table. The living room has a high ceiling and large picture window out to the mature gardens. There are three bedrooms upstairs each with its own staircase - it definitely has an eccentric layout! There is a family bathroom upstairs, a shower room cum laundry room downsrairs and the master bedroom has a small en suite. We have a half acre yard, great for children.

Quartier

We live 1 mile outside Bray town, (pop. 26,000), in County Wicklow which is known as the Garden of Ireland as it is very beautiful. Bray is a lovely seaside town though the beach is mostly stones - our kids still love it though! We live a half mile from the N11 which brings you to to all the local beauty spots, Glendalough, Powerscourt to mention just two. Bray is on the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transport) and you can be in Dublin city in 45 mins.

I'm a fulltime Mother to three children ages 5, 3 and 1. I used to produce and direct TV programmes which was a lot easier! My husband.who is originally from N.H. works in IT.

Destination

We want to go to New England as we will be visiting family in New Hampshire. Open to NH, Vermont, Cape Cod...
