We are offering a modern 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located in North Central San Antonio which makes it convenient to the Riverwalk, shopping, dining, entertainment, Sea World and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. This townhome features a private entrance which leads into a small garden/yard. It also has 4 levels, very open floorplan, stained concrete flooring throughout, skylights, stainless steel appliances and all modern fixtures. The 1st level has a guest bedroom with queen size bed, full size guest bath and a business office with computer that has internet access, printer/fax/scanner. The 2nd level has a 1/2 bath, dining room and kitchen. The 3rd level has a meditation room and a large living area with fireplace. The 4th level is the Owner's Retreat with walk in closets, fireplace, walk in closet and full size bath. The home features tv's and vcr and/or dvd in all rooms surround sound home theatre entertainment and more. We also offer the use of our 2006 Audi A4 convertible, 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe and 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. This is a fabulous retreat that you will enjoy!

The neighborhood is very quiet with the convenient access to all major parts of the city. It is close to 3 major parks, shopping at The Quarry in Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, The Shops at La Cantera, downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the San Antonio Zoo and many golf courses.

We are a family of 4. Me, my boyfriend and 2 Australian Shepherds. The dogs will go to a vacation retreat while away from home. I am a Marketing Director for a flooring company. My boyfriend is the owner of a leasing company that specializes in fleet vehicles and equipment. We both enjoy vacationing near lakes or the ocean. I speak spanish fluently.
