Maison

This is our holiday home which is in a very nice neighbourhood in the "Garden of Ireland. It is within 1 km of the sea and approx 6 km from a "Blue Flag" sandy beach on the east coast. It is an ideal location to explore the surrounding countryside. It is surrounded by the lovely Wicklow mountains, ideal for those who enjoy walking and hiking.

Our home has three bedrooms, one with double bed which has a shower room ensuite, one with twin beds and the third with bunk beds, a fully fitted kitchen, with seating area and wood burning stove, lounge with fireplace, and a full bathroom with shower. There is central heating. We also have a very pleasant garden with patio area and gas barbecue available.
There is a very good shopping centre approx 1 km away
We are approx 1 hour 15 min south of Dublin Airport, 1 hour from the Port at Dun Laoghaire and approx 1 hour from the Port at Rosslare.
Transport is necessary.

Our holiday home is set in a very quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of a very good shopping centre.

My husband and I are in business and we have two girls aged 12.

Destination

An exchange with the south of England or Spain for Easter 2010 and with the east coast USA for summer of 2010.
Must be within easy walking distance of a town with restaurants and local amenities.

A non-simultaneous exchange is possible.
