Humble bungalow de banlieue. Confortable. Nuits paisibles. à 2 pas de sentiers pédestres. Laveuse, sècheuse et lave vaisselle. Piscine hors-terre. Piano. Vue sur la montagne qui se dresse tout près.Tout près de Montréal et de l'autoroute 20 vers Québec.

We live in a quiet neighborhood in a small but cosy bungallow built in 1987. We have 5 bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. We have one living room and one tv room. If you love music you will find an old piano , an acordeon (diatonic) and a soundsystem for Cds. We are close to road 116 that leads to Montreal 24 km away. You may have access to my Toyota Corolla ( automatic) or a Subaru Impreza (manual) . If you prefer you can take the suburb train or the buses at few minutes walk from our house. We have a dishwashing machine , a washing machine and a dryer. Fuji the grey cat and Ben Salem the black cat will show you were the doors are when they want to go exploring the nearby forest. There is a park in the neiborhood with swings and you can take walks in the paths that leads to the Mont-Saint-Hilaire main trails. We have 4 bicycles you can use to make nice rides along that gorgeous river called Richelieu. If you want to go camping we have a camping gear you can use. We have an outside pool and a wonderfull hammock you can enjoy too. My brother in law lives few minutes away and he can show you nice places to visit or help you with any question you may have about the house or our country in english. Quartier très calme, vue sur la montagne. quartier de jeunes familles. Parc d'enfants à 5 minutes de marche. Montréal à 25 km. Service d'autobus et de trains de banlieue à 5 minutes de marche. Dépanneur et restaurants à 5 minutes de marche.

Quiet neighborhood near of Montréal (30 minutes of car ride). Not far from higway 20 that leads to Québec City (2 hours car drive). French aera but everybody knows english. Nice start for bicycle rides along the wonderfull Richelieu River and le Centre de la Nature du Mont-Saint-Hilaire : http://www.centrenature.qc.ca/en/index.html

I am an audiovisual technician in a college in Montreal and my wife is teaching biology in another college in St-Hyacinthe. Our kids are grown ups and wont travel with us .

L'échange peut-être non simultané. J'aimerais bien visiter l'Asie ou la République Dominicaine.
