Maison

Close to San Francisco! Beautiful three bedroom Berkeley, California house a short drive to San Francisco. Available for house exchange and/or hospitality exchange. We are flexible and can travel during winter holidays and early summer- late June to mid July. Home has large second floor master suite with balcony overlooking Berkeley Hills. Two bedrooms down. Kitchen with french doors leading to lovely garden. Berkeley is a cosmopolitan university town with many cafes, museums, great ethnic restaurants and much diversity.

Quartier

Our home is ten minutes walk from Bay Area Rapid Transit which gets you into San Francisco quickly. We are a one hour drive from wine contry in Napa/Sonomo and from gorgeous California coast. We are in central Berkeley: walking distance to UC Berkeley and downtown. Two hour drive to Montery/Pacific Grove and Big Sur coast. Many beautiful places in northern California can be visited from our centtly locarted home.

We are Steve: an elementary school prinicpal, Micky: an author/writer and therapist, and our 15 year-old daughter Arianna. We also have a dog and parakeet but glad to find somewhere else for dog to live while yo are here.

Destination

We are flexible and can travel during the winter holidays and early summer late June to early July. We welcome hospitality exchanges where you stay with us and we show you around, loan you our car and give you our master suite with private bath so you can enjoy your stay with the best of both worlds. We are open to you staying at our home anytime.
