Maison

Lovely 5 bedroom home located on a 1700 acre lake in a planned community which includes 11 miles of paved bike/hiking trails. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a bath with a jacuzzi and a shower. Two bedrooms have full sized beds. The other bedroom contains a twin bed. For the person who enjoys cooking, our kitchen is equipped with a Viking range, a built in wall oven and microwave, SubZero refrigerator, dual dishwasher (dish drawers), and a separate ice maker. Enjoy the expansive lake views from our large upper deck which includes a gas grill and multiple tables. The lower deck lets you view both the lake and our small garden area with an outdoor fountain. One of the bedrooms is located in our walkout basement (9 foot ceilings) which includes a rec room with pool table, leather couches, TV, DVD, VCR, and a kitchenette. Explore the lake with either our 24' electric pontoon boat or our two kayaks. There are no gas motors allowed on the lake so that you can enjoy the peace and tranquility. Swimming is permitted. Sun on and swim from our 10'x10' inflatable raft or fish off of our dock.

Our neighborhood is very family friendly. You will especially enjoy the paths. Some go along the lake. Others traverse through the woods. We are conveniently located just outside of Richmond, VA, a city loaded with Civil War history, numerous museums, and great restaurants. Williamsburg and Jamestown are just over an hour away to the east. It is about a two hour drive north to Washington D.C. One hour west brings you to Charlottesville and Monticello (the home of Thomas Jefferson). Just west of that are the Blue Ridge Mountains with the scenic Skyline Drive.

À propos de nous

Randy retired in 2007 from Philip Morris where he was in Information Services. It is great to have the time to participate in some Missions Trips and to teach Biblical Financial Principles to people through his affiliation with Crown Financial Ministries. We love visitning museums, touring historical homes, hiking, the beach, etc.
