Our apartment is a modern facility with many popular amenities. The complex offers three separate outdoor swimming pools as well as a large fitness facility. The complex is located in a suburban portion of the city, within three minutes of a newly opened high-end shopping mall, as well as many additional shopping and dining areas. The third floor apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, fireplace, washer/dryer, and a stunning view of the greenbelt below.

Quartier

We occupy a spacious apartment in Northwest Austin. We are approximately 15 minutes from downtown Austin, the capital of Texas, also home of the National Conference winning University of Texas Longhorns. With a population of nearly one million people, Austin has much to offer in dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. And being centrally located within the state of Texas, Austin is only 90 miles from San Antonio (home of Six Flags over Texas, Sea World, and the world-renowned Riverwalk), 150 miles from Houston, and 200 miles from Dallas, all an easy freeway drive.

À propos de nous

We are two single men jointly sharing the apartment. We are both successful, professional businessmen. We are both avid outdoorsmen, interested in water/beach activities, as well as touring, hiking, and becoming familiar with other climates and cultures, as well any new outdoor activities. One of us will be traveling with his mother as well. We are also willing to offer our 6 passenger SUV in exchange for a vehicle at our destination property.

Destination

We are most interested in the Puerto Vallarta area, but would be willing to consider any area with reasonably close waterfront access.
