I have a warm house, 3 bedrooms,sep. kitchen, and dinning room,plus office./ lounge, bedroom, It is insulated in the ceilings.Located in the city with gardens, Near golf, fishing, beach, museum library, half an hour from Bluff near Stewart Island, two hours to Queenstown, swimming pools near and shopping,horse racing, lakes , Milford Sound and Mt. Cook within two hours. Dunedin four hours away.

People keep to themselves, though there are five apartments next door that become an extended group if necessary. Will keep an eye on place and offer friendly conversation. White people predominately by skin appearance though all seem 1/3rd of different cultures ex Welsh etc, Yukoslavian, People polite and live own life,
occassional young male like the wide streets in vehicle though never a problem, neighbours property all tidy and house proud. Will help in emergencies. mostly a quiet neighbourhood. some couples of different age groups round.
