Maison

We live in a 2 story flat with a furnished rooftop. There is a child's bedroom with a cot and a single. The master bedroom is large and sunny. A modern kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. There are 2 bathrooms and an outside shower. The flat is newly done, bright, modern and very clean.

Quartier

Shek O village is located on HK island, just 30 minuted from the city. The beach is a pretty crescent facing the South China sea. Shek O is a fishing village with many local residents. There is plenty of hiking and walking at the doorstep. Shek O is a terrific get-a-way from the city, but close enough for dinners out!

We are Americans who have been in Asia for 7 years. WE have 2 small children and the house is set up for a family with plenty of toys and baby items. We are looking for a responsible family to swap locations preferable in Japan, Iceland, South Africa or the USA.
