Small new house 50m2 near the garden 50m from the sea. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a bed sofa , one bathroom and a fully equiped litle kitchen. Located in Vrodados city 5km north of the capital of Chios island 6 minutes from the port and 15 from the airport by car. There is a beatch 50 m from the house and and many more accesible in the area on foot or by car/bus. Quite often(every 20 minutes) public transport (bus) to the capital. The island is close to Turkey and it is possible to visit Tsesme and Ismir town by boat (45minutes).

Quartier

The neighborhood is very quiet. In the area there are restaurants, mini market, grosery store, bakery etc accesible on foot. The house is near Daskalopetra the place where Homer taught. If you like you can make a walk on the seaside.

We are a couple 55-50 years old with two adult children who are in college. Our house is above the one we are exchanging. I am a real estate agent and my wife is an english teacher. We speak english, french and a little italian.
