A single family residence located just 5 miles from the world famous Las Vegas Strip! 1500 sq. ft., 10-yr old house, with back yard pool and spa. Clean, nicely furnished, two bedrooms, two bathrooms in a nice, safe neighborhood. 2003 Nissan Ultima with GPS included.

Quartier

Safe and very quiet neighborhood. Within 1 mile of grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Large soccer park only blocks away, with dog areas, public swimming pool, skate board facilities, senior center, picnic areas, and more. Just 5 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip and 15 miles from Red Rock National Park. Majestic Mt. Charleston (winter snow skiing) is a 45 minute drive. Death Valley is an hour and a half drive.

À propos de nous

I live alone and am semi-retired, with part-time accounting work from my home office. I'm clean and take care of my (and others) posessions. I'm honest, trustworthy and dependable. I belonged to the local Rotary Club for over 10 years and owned my own business prior to retiring. My mother lives just around the block and can be of assistance during your stay, if needed. My daughter lives 10 minutes away and can also be of service.

Destination

I plan to be in Maui, HI on 2/10/08 and will return to Vegas on 2/17/08. I am looking for a house in Maui (preferably close to the Westin Resort Villas, in Kaanapali, where my daughter owns a time-share (I can't stay there, no room).

My home in Las Vegas is available at any time because I can stay with my mother or daughter or friends if the dates are not conducive to when I want to travel.
