Maison

Our 1rst floor (elevator) apt. is 120 square meters, built in 1970's. The apt. has white walls, 2 long balconies, and white tile floors. There are two bedrooms : 1 master with en-suite bathroom/toilet , another bathroom/toilet, with mirrors everywhere!
1 bath and 1 shower.
The apt is well equipped with DSL Internet Access , 1 High Definition Television, a playstation 2 gaming system and, stereo system. Central heating, washing machine and fully equiped kitchen.
Obviously, you will find everything from towels to sheets, etc...!

The apt is a few minutes away from historical center and beaches, as well as a few km away from many medieval towns!!!! There is a private parking lot. The living room is very spacious and separated from the sleeping area.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is peaceful (Italian standards!), we are not on a busy street and our neighbours are usually very discreet, mainly retired couples.
Short walk to public transportation, supermarket 3km away.
Liguria offers easy access to many big Italian cities:
Genoa 30 mn, Florence 3h, Milan 2.5h, Turin 1h, Nice (FR) 1h15, Venice 4h.
We are close to wonderful places such as Portofino and Cinque Terre!
What is great with this part of Italy is that you barely have 2 kms between the Mediteranean sea and the mountains!

À propos de nous

We are a married couple, I'm 30 and my husband is 36. I am an American/French citizen whereas my husband is Italian.
We speak English, French, Italian and Spanish. I own a
pret-à-porter shop, and my husband is a medical imaging technician. We love traveling and outdoor activities!
We do not have children. We have a French Bulldog but she would be staying with family members during the exchange!
Our family lives in a town called Cairo, about 20 mn away from Savona so they would be happy to help with keys, etc...
We usually have a seasonal pass on a private beach in Spotorno, 15 mn away from Savona.
You are welcome to use it during your stay!
The exchange would just involve my husband, and me!

Destination

Unfortunately, we would prefer a simultaneous exchange (work!!!) and our dates are not very flexible (work again!)! But please don't hesitate to send us your questions and suggestions!
