spacious and quiet southside home near trendy Whyte Ave. near main arteries that will take you throughout the city in minutes. edmonton is close to the rockies (relatively speaking on Canadian scale), is called the 'festival city' because there are constantly jazz, arts, street performer, etc. festivals on.

young Alberta (teacher, museum director) professional couple wish to learn French and live in Montreal. we intend to move in March 2008. we need a place to park/camp in Montreal until we find a flat to rent, or longer. we intend to stay in Montreal for at least one year.

our home has new flooring, new paint, large kitchen, fenced yard, huge double detached garage, two bedrooms upstairs + livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom downstairs + livingroom, storage room, laundry room, bathroom.

the university of alberta would be about a five minute drive away, concordia university college and kings university college would both be about a ten minute drive away. we are very close to many major bus lines

the southside of edmonton is picturesque and very safe.

there are tons of jobs in Alberta and it is very easy to move up in your chosen career because employers are short of qualified staff. so there are tons of opportunities.

Destination

We intend to live in Montreal without a vehicle. We are a young artistic couple who would ideally like to be near the plateau or a least next to a metro station to make travel easiest.

We are not choosy about home/flat size.

We have an extremely well behaved dog named Gibson who is always quiet and gentle and perfectly house trained.

We really need a homebase in March to look for a fulltime flat from. If you would like to rent a suite or portion of your home to us in early 2008 we will consider this.
