Our apartment is located in a very beautiful and quiet area, all the rooms have a glass doorway (entire wall) to a very large balcony, from were is a park view, our flat have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, a large living room, a study room, aircondition, cable TV (Spanish and English), 3 tv`s, internet conection, plenty of children`s toys and everything for a comfortable stay.

Our complex is completely close with security cameras, there are 45 apartments, surrounded by a large park of 100 mts. long, there is also a play ground for childrens and 3 big outside pools (1 with waterfalls, see the photo, we have 2 parking places inside the building.

Our complex is very quiet and safe.

There is not public transport around, is very important to have a car.

We live in one of the best areas in Marbella (Golden Mile), we are located 3 minutes driving from the beach ant Puerto Banus and 5 minutes from Marbella City Center, where we also have a parking place (we can lend the remote control too, for free parking)
This is a perfect place for beach holidays, the beach is very large, from Malaga to Sotogrande, Malaga and Gibraltar airports are just 1 hour driving from Marbella.

This area is a good place for golfers with more than 50 play grounds.

Puerto Banus is a very exclusive harbour with Yachts, big shopping malls, plenty of restaurants, bars, cinemas, etc.

Marbella is an small city or a big town, great place for walking, shopping or just to be there.

The weather is perfect, in the summer time the average is 30-34º.

For excursions; Sevilla 200kms., Gibraltar 70kms., Granada 150kms., Malaga 70kms., Nerja 120Kms. Ronda 45kms. Mijas 45 kms., etc.

We are a family of 3, mi wife 44, is an international concert pianist, I, also 44, have an Ink-jet company, I supply compatible cartridges to local company`s and shops, we have a boy of 7, he goes to the International College of Aloha.

Destination

We need a flat or a house with 2 bedrooms, we would like to go to South of Scotland near Glasgow or Edinburgh will be fine.
