Totally renovated 1920 Victorian house in charming villlage surrendered by mountains, lakes and cities. .
The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is in the attic, very private. Large living room and kitchen, dining room , TV room and comfortable summer kitchen. In the front is a large veranda. The house is fully equipped and comes with air conditioning. The large yard offers a nice garden with gazebo for your BBQ and a mid-size pool (9m x 4.5m) for hot summer days.
The house comes with a car as well as bikes, golfing gear...

Quartier

The Eastern Townships offers a multitude of activities such as great golfing ,hiking, sailing and boating in several large lakes, horse riding, biking and many more. Night life in Sherbrooke and Magog and great restaurants are a must. Parks for children, bicycle paths, shops, restaurants are in walking distance (Lennnoxville). The city of Sherbrooke is 5 minutes away; beautiful villages of North Hatlley and Magog 15-30 minutes away. 1 1/2 hours from Montreal, 2hrs from Québec City, which is celebrating its 400th anniversary, 30 minutes from the USA (Vermont, New Hampshire). A nice village atmosphere which offers the advantages of a town with the peace and tranquility of the country.

We have experienced a house exchange in 2005 for 3 weeks in Belgium and loved it. We are educators and business people who love to travel, who are respectful of others' property and who would like others to experience a special area of Canada and Quebec.
