A very important point, the flat is on the 5th and last floor with no elevators!

Good stereo
Working chemney with wood at the 6th floor(no need to climb with...)
The building is Hausmanian Style 1900.
The flat is not that hot in Summer as many windows on the south and North sides of the building permit to cool the flat.

Quartier

10 minutes walk to the Vieux port. 3 minutes walk to the oldest Marseille and historical Le Panier. Metropolitan and Tramway down the flat. Beaches and Calanques can be reached by public transportation when no car available. Calm neigborhood with very nice neighboors. Calm street perpendicular to the long Hausmanian boulevard république.

A calm house in the country side with a garden.
Preferably a lake or a river nearby.
