| 1 | List your home for FREE. No credit card required. You can upgrade to the Premium plan at anytime. 1stHomeExchange.com reserves the right to cancel any subscription to the Basic membership plan. |
| 2 | Post your home exchange listing. Update your listing (make changes, add photos, ...) from anywhere in the world, anytime. |
| 3 | Premium members can create a new listing for a second home to swap. Or create several versions of the same listing. For example, one in English and another in French. Multiple listings are managed from a single account. |
| 4 | There is no limit to the number of exchanges you can conclude with either membership. |
| 5 | If you subscribe to the Premium plan you can contact all members (Premium and Basic).
You can send e-mails to all members (Premium and Basic), receive e-mails and reply to all e-mails. (You must list your home before contacting
other members.)
If you select the Basic plan, you cannot contact other members. Members subscribed to the Basic plan must upgrade to a Premium membership if they wish to contact other members. |
