A. On the Logon form, clear any characters in the e-mail address and password fields.
Retype your e-mail and password ensuring the caps lock key is not pressed.
Try resetting your password.
If you have another browser installed, please try it. (If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows or Safari on
Mac OS, you can download and install Firefox. Firefox
is an excellent alternative and is free.)
If you still cannot log on, feel free to contact us.
Q. How do I change my e-mail address (Logon ID)?
A. To change your e-mail address:
1. Log on.
2. Click Change E-mail Address from the member's menu on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your new e-mail address.
4. Confirm your new e-mail address.
5. Click Save.
Changing your e-mail address will cause you to be logged off.
You will need to log on with your new e-mail address to continue in the Member Area.
