Description

Our flat is on the 4th and last flor, has a large balcony decorated with many schrubs situated south ouest. Inside, there's one bedroom, a living room, a separated kitchen, a bathroom and WC, adn an entrance, all has 50m². It is very quiet at every time, there's never a big traffic in the street.

Neighborhood

The place is at 10 minutes by walk from Paris porte de Clignancourt (18th arrdt), very close to the most important flee market of Paris (5 minutes by walk). Close to public buses (3 minutes) and to Metro (10 minutes by walk - 5 minutes by bus).

About Us

We are a couple, my name is Pascal, I am chief accounter in a film's production company (Nord-Ouest ==> website : nord-ouest.fr) and Edwige is my wife, che is stage designer, please take information (and contact) on her website : edwige.be
