Description

Enjoy beautiful sunrises in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo steps from the beach. Have breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean and listen to the waves. The master bedroom has a private bath with a 3 headed stall shower. There is a sleeper in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living area. The kitchen includes all modern appliances. There is a pool for the community as well as an exercise room and clubhouse. Fishing is permitted on the beach, so you can eat fresh caught fish every evening.

Neighborhood

The condo/apartment is located on quiet Hutchinson Island. A short drive takes you to a major mall as well as shops and restaurants. We are centrally located between Orlando and South Beach both about a two and a half hour ride. There are charter boats, fishing as well as gold courses available in the area.

About Us

My husband and I are both semi-retired insurance professionals. We have two children and three grandchildren. We are interested in spending time in different countries and seeing them as a native, not a tourist. We are English speaking with a limited Spanish vocabulary.

Destination

We are leaving for Rome on April 23,2008. We are planning on staying for a few days, and then heading off to Florence and then spending about 2 weeks in the Tuscan/Umbrian countryside. We are willing to do a non-simultaneous exhange that would accomodate any/all of our plans.
