Description

Comfortable two bedroom two bath stilt home with spa and boat dock. The spacious deck in the rear of the house overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. Great view to have for enjoying your morning coffee.
We have a well equipped office including high speed internet connection, a fax and printer with scanning available.The living and dining room are open to the small but great well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a large walk in shower.
The second bedroom located on the ground floor has a private entrance with bath. We have a twin and queen bed in this room. Our home is small but extremely comfortable.
There is a 6 person heated spa on the ground floor overlooking the water
We have a 10 foot dingy available for boating around the neighborhood and fishing.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is quiet yet centrally located to swimming, fishing, shopping, and dining. You can sit on the deck enjoying the Florida sunshine while watching the boats and porpoises in the back yard. The walk to the beach takes less than five minutes. Our beach is peaceful, not crowded with white sand and gentile seas. Great for exercise walks and people watching.
Located within 1/4 mile is the famous Johns Pass Village of Madeira Beach. Fun shopping, charter fishing boats, jet ski rentals, and para sailing are available. Public transportation is within three blocks - take a trolley ride up and down Gulf Boulevard or to the mall or downtown to Clearwater or St. Petersburg. The Dali Museum is just one of the many museums downtown St. Petersburg.We are only 30 minutes from the Tampa airport and shuttle service is easy to arrange. Bush Gardens and the Tampa Aquarium are 30 minutes away and the Disney attractions are within a 2 hour car ride.

About Us

I have recently sold my construction business and have now started consulting with a specialty in commercial swimming pools . My wife is retired from the medical world. She has a nursing background and managed a Wound Care Center for past nine years. We now wish to travel and enjoy the world that we only were able to explore during vacations. We own a boat and enjoy traveling to various warm water locations. We also have a touring motor cycle and now are traveling to various locations using the bike. We enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and sharing experiences.
