This amazing home is located in the shopping Mecca of Palm Desert's rich and luxurious shopping hotspot. Built only 3 years ago, this home offers everything you will need for a complete vacation and more- The home has 2 full bedrooms inside the house and a detatched and seperate cottage. There is an additional room detatched ouside the house but is our office. Looking out into the horizon are wonderous mountains and blue skys forever (it rains only 4 or 5 times yearly here) yet there are over 130 golf courses. The home has been proffesionally decorated and exudes charm in every room and corner-1 king size bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twins. The swimming pool and attatched jacuzzi are salt water which is very healthy and fabulous for the skin-The yard has been designed to entertain many parties and offers seating areas and also a large BBQ. There is formal dining, breakfast room, kitchen, family and tv room and living room-this house has 4 bathrooms. The house has a side garden for fresh veggies and natural herbs of all sorts. It is a gated and private neighborhood. Only 3 blocks of shopping and dining area. You are 120 miles from greater Los Angeles and 100 Miles to downtown San Diego. In this mecca, you have it all-Beauty,privacy and comfort.

Neighborhood

In this gated community you are among a crowd of upper income and fine living Proffesionals. With very few familys with children you will hear very few noises here. Most familys live here only part time as they have homes in other states so the the summer is especially quite. There are only 9 homes in the cul de sac-Which makes it such a divine area It is also located 4 blocks from the zoo and 3 blocks to the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert. It is a beautiful home and neighborhood.

About Us

My husband is in Politics and I am a travel writer. We enjoy trading homes and have been trading homes every summer for 12 years. We have 2 children ages; 10 and 12. The children often go abroad on trips with class or to camps for the summer and may or may not accompany us. We are avid travelers and have traded in Africa, Australia, England, Spain, Italy 6 times, and Portugal. We have had exceptionally positive experiences and welcome the opportunity to exchange and allow you to view the U.S. from a different point of view. Destination

We are also interested in trading homes in the USNE and Eastern Seaboard to Florida for the winter months-It is usually around 60 dregrees here in the winter with NO snow in sight! It may make a pleasant holiday for Christmas of 08....
