Description

In the middle of romantic Bruges and next to a park, we offer our second home: a brand new apartment on the first floor of a city renewal project. You reach it by a private staircase and in the living room (with a sofa bed) and the bedroom, you will find furniture in a minimalistic Zen-style developed by a famous Belgian designer. There are two toilets, a hall, a kitchen with all equipment, a bathroom with bath/shower, and a (public) parking under the building. A clean and modern apartment in the middle of a medieval town...

Neighborhood

The apartment is in the city center: the romantic canals , the historic buildings, the beautiful museums, the medieval city, it is all there at your feet.
Famous restaurants, shops with lace and chocolates are there to spoil you.
And after shopping you can take a trip on the canals by boat or make a city tour in a carriage.
It will make it clear to you why Bruges is part of UNESCO's WORLD HERITAGE.
Near the apartment you will find a butcher, bakery, fruit- and vegetable shop, pharmacy, bicycle rent , supermarket; all at walking distance.


About Us

We - Gaby and Yvan - are two retired bankers, both 60 years old who like to travel.
We have two married sons and one granddaughter and one grandsun.
We prefer exchanging with second home owners as the exchange can be non simultaneous.
We had already two very satisfying exchanges in the past.
We are non smokers and we will take good care of your home.

Destination

We are open for all destinations and all periods.
We prefer Italy, Spain, France and Portugal.
But Scandinavia and especially Scotland and Iceland interest us as well.
Non simultaneous is possible.
