Lounge room has large comfy couch, big screen tv, dvd & Foxtel (cable tv)

1 queen size bed in main bedroom, 1 double size futon in spare bedroom which is currently set up as hubbys entertainment room (tv, dvd, playstation!). Other bedroom is set up as a study.

Washing machine, all essential mod-cons are here!

Remote control garage which is used for storage/gym at moment

Relatives close by if needed (one is 2 streets away from beach)!

Great for retirees/couples (with 1 child as not big enough for more. Better for couples only)

Neighborhood

Short walk to public transport & lots of entertainment.

Main shopping centre is a 10minute walk/2minute drive away as is local cinema complex & dozens of restaurants.

Perth City is only 10kms away

Close to the best beaches in Western Australia (3 mins in car to Scarborough) only 2.5km from where we are!

Gorgeous family park 1minute walk away, quiet neighbours.

We are on a main street BUT its surprisingly quiet at night! Im a light sleeper so I thought this would be an issue BUT its not!

About Us

My husband & I are looking to do a lot of travel & we thought we'd start by being big kids & go to the theme parks of Orlando & California!

We are animal lovers, very quiet & non smokers. I dont drink & hubby may have A beer every few months!

We are a professional couple, very responsible. My hubby is a professional who plans sporting facilities for the State Government. I work for myself & in retail.
We are both in our 30s (Im mid, hes early!)

We are both into karate & martial arts. Hes a bit more into the gym than me BUT I try to stay fit as I want to be fit to enjoy travel!

We have one old smart, cheeky ridiculously affectionate inside BALD (hes a spyhnx/devon rex cross) cat who's on regular medication (easy done. One Pill in the morning & then at night) BUT he will hopefully be going to my parents house for the time we are away. He's my child!

Destination

When we visit the USA, we are wanting to go to California for a few weeks THEN off to Florida (ORLANDO). Maybe 2-3 weeks in Cal & 3-4 weeks in Orlando. California in Oct/Nov, Orlando Nov/December.

We havent quite decided if theres anywhere else we'd like to go in the USA BUT we will update this when we know just exactly what we are after

All we know is that we'd like to go the Universal studios for their Halloween shows & also be at Disneyworld for their Christmas
celebrations! At this early stage, we arent 100% sure of dates BUT definitely Oct-end December 2008!
