Description

the house is 80 squer meters, has 2 bedrooms, living room one bathroom. a balcony with amazing view observing the med. sea.
there is a leptop computer with highspeed wireless internet but no tv. there is no air conditioner because there is no need in the summer and in the winter we use fuel stove.
the house is children friendly, toys, books, all kind of "beach equipment" for the kids. a plastic swimmimng pool.
in the kitchen there is a refrigerator, an oven (no microwave) and anything you need to ckook.
outside a place to light fire (greate fun on summer nights...), and a sunset view that we built ourselves.

Neighborhood

pelech is a kibbutz with 36 members. we are part of a group of friends (27-33 years old) that came here to create an alternative community to the capitalist modern mainstreem way of life. we've been living here for the last 5 years.
in the community there are 9 children 0-3 years old and another 4 children age 10-15. we share things like cars, organic food which we buy toghether, ones a week there is a common dinner, at the rest of the week each family eats seperatly. we also meet for a "shabat" non religious ceramony and eat toghether.
you, as our guests, do not need to be envolve in any of that activities unless you want to. our friends/neibhres would love to meet you.
there is no public transportain. you must use a car to get to the settelment. the nearst place is tuval (1 km), where you can get basic grosseries and 15 minuets drive is the city Carmiel where you get everything.
a few beutiful beach is 40 minuate drive west. the Kinneret lake (the sea of galile) is 45 minutes drive east.
Tel aviv is 1.5 our drive or you can park in Aco (30 m. drive) and take the train.

About Us

I am Chen (which means 'grace' in Hebrew). I'm 32. Guy (means 'a small creak', my husband is also 32. we have 2 boys: Navhe (means 'an oasis') 3 yers old and Yifthch (biblical name) one year old. i work in a school for young people with special needs and guy is a social worker.
before we were married we travelled in Africa for 5 month with a car we baught there. it was a great trip but very expensive!
we both love travelling, hiking, swimming, camping. (the children also!)
we are intrested in differnt cultures and alternative way of living which combines community life.
we want to go away for a 3-4 weeks during the summer.
