Large design furnished apartment with a living room (DVD and VHS), a dinning room, an office room (could be turned to a bedroom), a kitchen, a bedroom, a bath room and a storing room (could also be turnet to a bedroom). Lots of space, and many wide windows for outdoor light to come in. Contemporary design with some pieces of art and many nice plants. Hight speed Internet available (you must provide the computer though). Washing machine and dryer provided.

Neighborhood

In a quiet area, the apartment is a minute away from a metro station and the Village (gay area), which is full of nice restaurants and lively bars. It is 20 minutes (5 minutes by metro) away from downtown, where there are fine food restaurants, wellcoming bars and pubs, fine and contemporary art museums, theaters, crowded night clubs, underground shopping center, etc. It is 30 minutes (10 minutes by metro) away from old Montreal, the ancient part of the city.

About Us

I'm a looking for someone to stay in my apartment for the whole month of Feburary while I'll be away in Spain. I'm not looking for an exchange as such, since I have somewhere to go in Spain. It would be more like a really low price rent (400 euro for the whole month).
