This is our summer home and ultimate retirement home which is professionally decorated with all furniture one year old or newer including the bedding which is used primarily for the summer season. The home is absolutely spotless and a condition of exchange would require that it stay in this shape. There are 5 televisions, including a flat screen in the great room and a large screen in the media room. The basement is completely finished and ideal for children or adults that wish to use the media room or the 9 foot granite pool table. We have internet and cable television throughout the house.

New Seabury's amenities include 2 championship golf courses (1 directly on the ocean),marina, championship tennis courts, fishing, fine oceanfront dining, miniature golf, beach, pool and much more.

Our home is just minutes from the ferry to islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and is only 75 minutes from downtown Boston and Providence and 3 1/2 hours to New York City. We are 3 miles from the Mashpee Commons shopping center and minutes from all ocean side activities.

Neighborhood

The house is part of a gated development that is included in the New Seabury community. The house is ideally located within a 2 minute walk to the beach and the marketplace.

With all that it has to offer, our home is also very quiet and restful at night and the ocean climate is ideal, seldom to hot or too cool in the summer. From our beach, you can see the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard which is only a short ferry ride away.

About Us

My wife and I have 3 terrific children, ages 16, 15 and 11. We are all athletic and love to go to the beach, play golf and tennis, shop, watch movies and go to the theatre. We especially like to eat at great restaurants particularly enjoy fine wine.

My wife and I are in our early 40's and work mostly during the school year. Our children are a great age and we are anxious to explore other parts of the world with them.

We bought this home with the intention of sharing it with our family and friends that we love dearly and to date, we can honestly say that our family and friends continue to be a big part of this home.

Destination

Because this is our vacation home, we are willing to have a non-simultaneous exchange. We prefer a July exchange because we plan on being here in the month of August unless our exchange partner absolutely has to have an August exchange.
