Nous habitons à la campagne dans un quartier très calme à 10mn au Sud de Grenoble.
Chez nous, vous trouverez principalement une grande piscine chauffée, barbecue,terrasse, jardin,pergola.Notre maison est lumineuse, spacieuse pour ce qui concerne la pièce de vie et climatisée.
Nous sommes au pied du Vercors,départ de randonée pédestre ou VTT à 100 Mètres de la maison.
Si vous souhaitez des vacances sportives, vous trouverez à moins de 30mn de chez nous la possibilité de faire du canyonning, rafting,promenade tout niveau, tous les sports nautiques (lac du Monteynard ou Laffrey...), via ferrata, escalade, adventure parc pour les plus jeunes...
Nombreuses escapades touristiques possibles:grottes, maisons suspendues,musée de Grenoble, monastère de la grande Charteuse,petit train de la Mure,funiculaire, parc d'attraction walibi....Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Lyon est à 1h en voiture,le Mont-Blanc à 2 et la méditerannée à 3.Paris à 3h en TGV.

We live in the campaign(country) in a very quiet district in 10mn in the South of Grenoble.
To us, you will find mainly a big warmed swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden, a pergola. Our house is brilliant, spacious as regards the detail(room) of life and air-conditioned.
We are at feet of Vercors, departure of randonée pedestrian or MOUNTAIN BIKE in 100 metres of the house.If you wish sports holidays, you will find unless 30mn from our home the possibility of making of the canyonning, the rafting, the walk any level, all the water sports (lake of Monteynard or Laffrey), via ferrata, escalation(climbing), adventure park for the youngest...Numerous tourist escapades possibles:grottes, suspended houses, museum of Grenoble, monastery of big Charteuse,little train la Mure, funicular, park of attraction walibi.... There is for all the tastes.
Lyon is at 1 am by car, Mont Blanc in 2 and méditerannée in 3. Paris in 3 a hour in TGV(HST).Good searches(researches) and good holidays.

About Us

Nous sommes 5. Le papa:Frèd, la maman:Cathie et nos trois enfants:Charlotte 18 ans, Lucile 14 ans et le petit dernier Zacharie 20 mois.Je suis commerçant et ma femme est artiste-peintre.Je suis très branché rugby et ma femme est plus tendance Arte. Nous n'avons pas d'animaux et seule ma femme fume (jamais dans la maison). Notre maison est vivante, pas beaucoup de chose fragile ou de valeur mais beaucoup de couleur et de bric à brac.Nous parlons très bien le français et très vaguement l'anglais.

We are 5. Papa:Frèd, maman:Cathie and our three enfants:Charlotte 18 years, 14-year-old Lucile and the youngest Zacharie 20 months. I am a storekeeper and my wife is an artist-painter. I am very trendy rugby and my wife is more trendy Arte. We have no animals and only one(only) my wife smokes (never in the house). Our house is alive, not many fragile or consequentive thing(matter) but many color and odds and ends.
We speak very well about French and very vaguely english.thanks to internet and his translators.
