Description

About 55 sq.meters, at the third floor (without lift), in a quiet and safe area : this is a very nice appartment. One bedroom with a 2 persons bed, one bathroom, one kitchen, possibility to sleep in the sofa (which is convertible in a 2 person bed).
As we would like to travel, maybe with 1 or 2 of our friends, we propose 2 or 4 persons to sleep in our flat.
There is a computer with an internet access if needed.

Neighborhood

Our Flat is well located in the west side of Paris : a few minutes walking from the "Arc de Triomphe" and the "Champs Elysées". Near Subway & Bus : You can easily get everywhere in Paris with the Subway. The area is very quiet and nice : lots of Shops, lots of Restaurants. If needed, we can leave you all our maps, city guides, with our advices to visit Paris.

About Us

I am Marie, 26, and THomas is 29, both working in Paris. We live in Paris since a few months. We lived before in differents places in France, and abroad (Barcelona, Spain). We like travelling and discover other cultures. We went to Koln 2 years ago because THomas is fond of german electronic music, and I worked in Amtersdam, so now we would like to spend a few days in Berlin to discover the city and the berlin's culture. So we are looking for a flat in the center of Berlin. It can be possible that we travel with one or 2 of our friends.
We have a cat.

Destination

We are looking for a flat in the center of BERLIN. Ideally, We would like to make an exchange during the period : april/may/june for a long week-end or one week.
